About us
To cooperate with the Ministry of Education’s strategy, Master Program in National Security and Mainland China Studies was founded in 1993, providing channels for people who are interested in international affairs to pursue further studies. To help promote professionalism and enhance performance in the workplace: The program, emphasizing the connection between national security and China studies, integrating with research methods, international economy, area security analysis, crisis solving, and strategy research. Through these courses, students can know well about the relation between national security and china studies together with the tendency of Cross-Strait Relations. With academic training, students are able to contribute to their work with knowledge in both fields.
Presently faculty members come from the Graduate Institute of East Asian Studies, the Graduate Institute of Russian Studies and the Department of Diplomacy. A recruiting program is in progress to hire members from other universities and colleges for a strong program.
